New Year new Joy

Life certainly happens to us! No matter how much you try to avoid the mishaps – they happen. It is so easy to loose your joy on this journey.

If you look at children and how free, expressive, loud, boisterous and emotionally honest they are versus how subdued and sometimes pessimistic we are as adults, it’s easy to see that something in us is silenced and suppressed over time. 

But it doesn’t have to be like that. We can choose to heal and overcome adversity. We can choose to move on and put the past in the past. We can choose to forgive ourselves and others for our part in the pain we created when we were less conscious of the consequences of our actions.

Today we are celebrating the last day of 2024 and later this evening we will enter through a new door to enter 2025. May this not just be another door for you, may it be the entry to your new life. One that you live with your true expression – not what the world programmed you to be.
